It’s surprising that there is any marble left in India, the marble work is on par with the usual brilliance of Indian architecture. OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAThe view from the tomb. This is said to be the best fort in India and I couldn’t argue with that. All details were thought out including making sharp bends before the entrance doors so elephants could not build up enough speed to ram the doors. This fort was also a scene in Batman The Dark Knight Returns when he makes it out of the pit.  OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAThere are still cannon ball marks from previous attacks, this fort has never been taken forcefully.???????????????????????????????OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERANeil Greentree and his local mate. Neil has been coming to India since the 60’s and is a photographer it was not until later we realized that he took the photos for the entrance ticket. We have seen a few other shots of his in a few books. OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA   OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAJust when you think you have seen the best room in the house another one jumps right out at you.OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA ???????????????????????????????Brett Sargent in another world.OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

???????????????????????????????The palace is a great sight in the night and it also doubles as a hotel I can’t remember how much a room costs but George Bush stayed there in his prime. Maybe I don’t want to remember.
